What is Employment Services?
At Future Leaders Empowerment Coaching, Inc. (FLEC), we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to step confidently into the workforce with the right tools, support, and guidance.
Our Employment Services are designed to help participants develop the skills and mindset needed to succeed in today’s job market. We offer personalized career coaching, job readiness training, and one-on-one support in job development, placement, and retention. Whether it’s preparing a resume, mastering the interview process, or learning how to present yourself professionally, our team is here to walk with you every step of the way.
With your permission, we’ll also collaborate with employers to create supportive, inclusive work environments—this can include modifying job tasks or helping provide assistive devices to ensure your success on the job.
Your active participation is key to finding the right job fit. Once you’re hired, our Employment Consultant will continue working with you and your employer for at least 90 days to make sure the placement is successful and fulfilling for both of you.
