FLEC stands for Future Leaders Empowerment Coaching, Inc. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping teens and young adults develop essential life skills, including communication, critical thinking, budgeting, and leadership.
Our programs are designed for teens and young adults between the ages of 13–25. We partner with schools, youth organizations, and community centers to reach young people in various settings.
You can enroll by filling out the registration form on our website or by contacting us directly at *[insert email or phone number]*. If we are partnered with your school or organization, your group leader may also provide registration materials.
Most of our programs are *free* to participants thanks to the support of donors, grants, and community partners. Some specialized programs may have a small materials fee, which will be clearly stated.
Our workshops cover a wide range of life skills, including:
- Budgeting & financial literacy
- Effective communication
- Conflict resolution
- Goal setting and time management
- Mental wellness and resilience
- Leadership and teamwork
We offer occasional family-focused sessions, but most programs are designed specifically for youth. However, we encourage families to support their teens in applying what they’ve learned at home.
