Future Leaders Empowerment Coaching, Inc. was born from something very personal to me: my love for young people and my desire to see them win in life.
I have always believed that young people have incredible potential. Sometimes they simply need someone to believe in them, listen to them, encourage them, and give them the tools they need to move forward.
That belief became the heart behind FLEC.
I want young people to understand their value, discover their strengths, develop practical skills, and recognize that their circumstances do not have to define their future.

With more than 20 years of professional experience in leadership, human resources, training, employee engagement, compliance, and team development, Carmen brings real-world workplace experience into her coaching and educational programs.
Her passion is helping young people recognize their potential, develop confidence, build practical skills, and prepare for successful futures.
